THE DAIRY is located just 20 meters from the restaurant, nestled under the ancient Fig Tree of Sunrise Lane, Ewingsdale. This home has 3 bedrooms (each with ensuites), features an open plan granite-style kitchen with dining and lounge area offering lovely ocean views. The master bedroom looks out onto the Bay and has an open-plan marble-style bathroom. This home sleeps 6 people (or 8 on request).

It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, features a granite-style kitchen (equipped with stainless steel appliances), two living areas opening onto a great entertainment area with views over Byron Bay. 2 of the bedrooms look over the Bay so you can be guaranteed some splendid sunrises over the lighthouse. This home sleeps 8 people.

Check In Instructions
Check-in is available from 2pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Bookings made on the day must be confirmed via phone. Please call 02 66 847 273, 0432 822 400 or 0432 822 300.
Please contact the property to advise of your estimated time of arrival as we are not allways on the property.
On Check-in A bond is required to cover any incidentals costs.
For all Low and Mid season bookings, a credit card imprint is required on arrival and a bond of $500 will be taken in the form of a pre-authorized payment.
For all Peak season bookings, a credit card imprint is required on arrival and a bond of $1000 will be taken in the form of a pre-authorized payment
Any incidentals will need to be paid for in full.
Children and Extra Guests Details
Our rates are for 2 persons. Each additional guest (adults) will be charged at $50 per night and Children at $25 per night.
Number of Persons and Linen The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation.
Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Linen and towels are provided.

Location & Directions
*Coming from the North (Gold Coast, Brisbane and other) Take the Byron Bay Turn Off from the Highway. Approximately 1 Kilometre ahead, turn right into McGettigans Lane (Ewingsdale). Take the second left into Sunrise Lane and you will find the Fig Tree Restaurant and Rooms on your left.
*Coming from the center of town, head towards the highway down Ewingsdale road, Pass the BP station on your right and approximately 1 kilometer ahead, you will find McGettingans Lane on your left. Take a left and approx. 1 kilometer ahead, youll find Sunrise lane on your left (it is the second street . The Fig Tree Restaurant and Rooms will be on your left.

There are loads of activities you can do in Byron Bay.
When visiting the region, you'll enjoy a holiday with a differencesoak up the sun on one of our many prestine beaches, go for a surf or paddle, enjoy a walk along the coast and at the light house or go for a bush walk in the hinterland. Try some of the excellent coffee and food in the shire and visit our many farmers and arts and craft markets.
Experience the tranquil setting of Ewingsdale, meditate, do some yoga or pamper yourself with massage and the many different healing therapies Byron Bay can offer, in the comfort of you own accommodation.
