A Beach House At Byron is set in truly amazing expansive tropical gardens fronting onto a waterfront nature reserve full of bird and fish life and just 150 meters from the famous Belongil beach. Our three separate well maintained buildings are classic Byron style with lots of timber features set on a large 1500 square meter property. Carefully selected comfortable furnishings are all a lovely blend of cane and timber, some antiques and some made by local artisans.

From the COTTAGE and GAZEBO relax into our garden and hinterland views over water all the way to Mt Warning 50km away. Enjoy the lush tropical garden settings outlook from the WING and STUDIO. We are just a 15 minutes beach walk to Byron township. There are two funky cafe / restaurants 2 minutes walk away covering breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days.

We have FOUR styles of accommodation:

The COTTAGE: Enjoy magnificent views from 2 large decks through our lush tropical gardens then over water & hinterland all the way to Mt Warning. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and a polished cement frameless screen bathroom. One bedroom (very large) with TV DVD stereo, writing desk, lounge and coffee table. Both bedrooms front a large furnished deck. Downstairs is a comfy nine seat lounge area with 82cm widescreen digital TV DVD & stereo (ipod ready). There is a full kitchen and large dining tables both outdoor and indoor. There are 2 daybeds downstairs (one in the lounge and one on the outside deck). The cottage has its own private courtyard with direct access to the waterfront and tropical gardens. Soak up the view and enjoy the cool sea breeze in summer or the slow combustion fire in winter.

The WING: Two Bedroom lush garden outlook, one queen bedroom and one double bedroom down the hallway. At the end of the hall is a large bathroom with a large bath, separate shower and a separate toilet. The WING adjoins a furnished deck with 2 cushy arm chairs that look over the beautiful tropical gardens. Includes; 52cm TV DVD, bar fridge, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery, kettle, tea coffee, bench etc. and a 4 seat table in the queen bedroom.

The GAZEBO: Mind numbing panoramic views from `above' the waters edge, 180 degree views of the water and mountains for 50km all the way to Mt Warning. The GAZEBO is very cozy, comfy and private, high ceilings built with beautiful craftsmanship. Everything about this unique hexagonal shaped room is cool; you are living in the view and can sea and hear the fish jumping. Upstairs is a furnished deck and down outside stairs a lounge and the bathroom. Includes; 52cm digital widescreen HDTV, DVD & Stereo (ipod ready). Microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, sink (on deck), tea coffee, plates, cutlery, glasses, bench etc.

The STUDIO: Lovely tropical garden setting that fronts a private furnished garden patio on one side and you can park your car right on the other side. The Studio has high ceilings, timber floors and quality furnishings. En-suite bathroom, desk, drawers, wardrobe etc. Includes; flat screen 52cm TV, DVD & the stereo (ipod ready). Microwave, half size fridge, toaster, kettle, bench, tea coffee, plates, glasses, cutlery etc.
